Submission

Submission Guidelines

We welcome doctoral candidates, and recent graduates of doctoral programs submissions. Participants from the global South and under-represented communities are particularly encouraged to apply.

 

Timeline:

  • Deadline for submissions: June 1st 2021.

  • Final decisions expected by August 1st 2021.

  • Successful applicants are required to submit their papers by October 1st 2021.

 

Submissions should include

  • Full name and email

  • Affiliation(s)

  • A short bio

  • The time zone/country in which you expected to be during the workshop (in case of hybrid-virtual workshop) 

  • Paper title

  • 350 words abstract. Abstracts should clearly convey the main claim(s), research questions, theoretical framework, or methodology.

  • Note that inclusion of references in the abstract is encouraged but optional – citations and bibliographic details should not be considered in the word count.

  • Applicants requiring travel grants and/or accommodation should indicate so in their submission, along with the city they expect to depart from and an estimate of the funds requested.
